If you’ve lost your SASSA Gold Card, need a PIN reset, or want to switch to the new Postbank Black Card, help is now closer than ever. Postbank has confirmed that key services are available at major retailers such as Pick n Pay, Boxer, Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, and Spar.
These sites now offer:
- PIN resets for Black Cards
- Re-issuing lost or stolen Postbank Black Cards
- Replacing lost or stolen SASSA Gold Cards
- Cardless registration
- General grant enquiries

This move is expected to significantly ease pressure on SASSA offices and reduce the long queues often experienced at payment sites.
