The Salvation Army wrapped up its week-long flood relief efforts on the 9th of September in King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality. After three earlier visits to affected areas, the organisation delivered its final outreach in Slovo Park, providing critical support to families still recovering from the devastation.

During the outreach, the Salvation Army distributed warm meals and Shoprite/Checkers vouchers valued at R1,500 to 122 families. The initiative was designed to address immediate food needs while communities continue rebuilding their lives.
