ROAD ACCIDENT FUND GRANTED AN INTERDICT AGAINST NUMSA STRIKE

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) has been granted an interdict against the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (NUMSA) strike by the Labour Court.

The strike is therefore unprotected and unlawful.

The RAF will exercise its rights against anyone who participates in the unlawful strike.

NUMSA communicated its intention to strike on Thursday the 14th of March, citing a list of grievances against the RAF and the CEO.
