Mthatha police are asking for the public’s help to find 30-year-old Mayeza Oyama Don, who has been reported missing since 15 June 2025. Don, a resident of Southridge Park in Mthatha, was last seen on Sunday, 15 June 2025, at approximately 15:00. He was reportedly on his way to Coffee Bay in Mqanduli at the time of his disappearance.
According to police, Don was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey sweater, and takkies. Since his disappearance, there has been no contact with him, and efforts by family and friends to reach him have been unsuccessful.
Authorities have launched an investigation and are appealing to anyone who may have seen Don or who might have information about his whereabouts to come forward.
Community members with any details that could assist are urged to contact Mthatha SAPS Detective constable Dlakavu Bonginkosi, at 071 475 2058. Alternatively, information can be shared anonymously by calling the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111.
Police are urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any relevant information, no matter how small it may seem.
