The workshop aims to build a positive and unified environment within the department. It also seeks to promote high performance, professional conduct and stronger collaboration across teams.
Purpose of the Workshop
The three-day programme focuses on:
- Improving communication and teamwork
- Strengthening organisational values
- Enhancing service delivery attitudes
- Building a culture of accountability and professionalism
Facilitators will guide employees through discussions, presentations and group activities. These sessions are designed to shift behaviours and support long-term institutional change.
