Nyandeni Local Municipality’s management has convened a two-day planning session at ShirleyJ’s Guest House in Ngqeleni as part of its annual institutional planning cycle. The retreat brought together senior officials, including Council Speaker F. Gaxeni, to assess performance, refine development priorities, and strengthen teamwork.
