Councillor Mpheleli, Portfolio Head for the Infrastructure Services Department, conducted an oversight visit on the 5th of  September 2025 at Ntibane Farm Pre-School, Tsolo to monitor the progress of the ongoing project. The visit aimed at ensuring that work is carried out effectively and within schedule.

The oversight engagement has proven valuable in improving coordination and accelerating the pace of the project. By closely monitoring progress, the leadership ensures that challenges are addressed quickly and that the work remains on track for the benefit of the local community.
