The second phase of the Ntabankulu Local Municipality’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget Outreach Programme continued with strong community participation as the municipal team visited wards 16, 17, 18, and 19 in Ntabankulu. Residents engaged actively with councillors, sharing their views on key service delivery priorities for the 2025/2026 financial year.

During the sessions, Ward Councillors presented progress reports, outlined upcoming development projects, and explained how the municipal budget aligns with community needs. The discussions focused on critical areas such as water supply, road infrastructure, job creation, and social development initiatives. Residents commended the municipality for its transparency and for involving them directly in the planning process.
