Acting Executive Director for Infrastructure and Engineering, Barry Martin, explained how recent floods caused widespread damage and disrupted daily life across the Metro. He noted that KwaNobuhle was among the worst-affected areas. The municipality responded quickly to stabilise damaged infrastructure and restore essential services.
