The Minister of Small Business Development, Ms. Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, is set to undertake a crucial monitoring and oversight visit to schools on Tuesday, 23 January, and Wednesday, 24 January 2024, in the King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality located in the Eastern Cape. Accompanied by local leadership and key stakeholders from the education sector, the Minister aims to assess and enhance the teaching and learning environment within the region.

During her visit, Minister Ndabeni-Abrahams will concentrate on fortifying the culture of education in schools, emphasizing the importance of effective teaching and learning practices. Additionally, she will offer motivational support to learners as they commence a new academic year. In a demonstration of her commitment to addressing the needs of underprivileged students, the Minister will also distribute shoes during the visit.
