Meet Wandile Zitumane from Kwa Nikhwe location, Qotyana next to the photole famous R61 road in Bizana.
The years of experience in the electrical field, prompted him to identify the neglected business opportunity which would directly impact the lives of the residents of Bizana.
A lack of an electrical store/warehouse in Bizana town compels the contractors, hardware owners and other electricians to order and purchase the electrical items, in distant towns such as Durban and Margate. “With that in mind I developed an idea to fill this service gap by opening an electrical store, which will not only supply the goods and services but create jobs for local residents.” – says Wandile
The material to be sold is going to be sourced from afar electrical product suppliers such as Northside electrical suppliers and ABR electrical suppliers stored in bulk for easy access to local customers.
In an endeavour to give back, the store will accommodate the local college Siteto Campus Electrical Engineering Students in-need for in-service training.
Coming from a previously disadvantage community, Zitumane defied all odds by proposing to open a 100% Youth black owned, Electrical store. Driven by transformation and equal distribution of wealth.
The proposed electrical store will maximize the opportunity for Wara’s Electrical to impact the black lives, by creating jobs for rural youth with diverse educational background.
