The Bizana Taxi Owners Association has donated 250 desks to Legends Revision Matric Centre, which operates from Ethridge Junior Secondary School in Bizana. The centre, initiated by Mr Fada, aims to support post-matric students who wish to strengthen critical learning areas such as Mathematics, Accounting, and Physical Sciences.

One of the learners, Sikelela Gxagxiso, expressed gratitude to the centre’s leadership, noting the positive impact on students’ performance. “At first, we felt like we were falling behind, but now we have managed to catch up with the syllabus,” she said. She encouraged other learners who wish to improve their results not to hesitate to seek help.
Mr Mtsha, representing the Bizana Taxi Owners Association, explained that the donation was made to support educational initiatives in the Bizana area, particularly for disadvantaged learners struggling in core subjects. He added, “Our focus is not only on education but also on other community matters, such as housing projects.”

Sanda Mponjwana, a student at the centre, thanked Mr Fada for the idea of establishing the learning centre and expressed appreciation to the taxi association for their generous donation. He urged fellow students to make good use of the desks and ensure they are well maintained.
School Governing Body (SGB) members Thokozani Mlambi and Thabiso Nteyi also commended the students for their dedication. They encouraged them to make the most of this opportunity and expressed gratitude to the Bizana Taxi Owners Association for giving back to the community.
