King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) TVET College held its 2024 & 2025 Annual Reflections Workshop at the Savoy Hotel in Mthatha on 10 November 2025. The event brought together college leadership, educators, and staff to evaluate progress and set clear priorities for the institution’s continued development.
What Happened
The workshop served as a platform for reviewing past achievements and aligning future goals with the college’s vision. It focused on improving assessment quality, maintaining consistency in academic processes, and enhancing teaching outcomes.
Principal Mr M. Bhikisha led the discussions, calling for renewed commitment and collaboration. He urged staff to refine the college’s image and align every initiative with the institution’s mission.
“We must strengthen and build this college together, with all our efforts centered around the student,” said Mr. Bhikisha.

Mr. Bhikisha emphasized the need for teamwork and the avoidance of isolated work. He pointed out that KSD TVET College possesses vast intellectual resources that, when effectively connected, can produce stronger results.
He also highlighted self-management as a critical leadership skill.
“Your ability to manage others depends on how well you manage yourself,” he noted.
