Her Worship the Mayor Cllr. P.N. Pepping showed her appreciation for the gesture to the financial institution the First National Bank for donating full school uniforms to 72 learners from Mcelu Junior Secondary, Flagstaff. She, therefore, encouraged learners to use every available opportunity and read their books and urged them not to involve themselves in drugs and alcohol as that will destroy their future.

Makaya Njwarha, FNB’s Local Market Manager, said they have huge plans for the area. Part of those plans is providing communities with all the necessary support so that they can blossom.

In his speech at the school, he highlighted that the financial institution has its eyes set on improving the lives of rural children through education and sport.
