Culture Change Launch unfolded at the Regional Boardroom in Alfred Nzo District, where employees from the Mount Frere and Maluti Depots gathered on 13 November 2025 for transformation session. The program aims to strengthen workplace culture, improve service delivery, and deepen commitment to excellence across the district.
What Happened?
Staff from both depots took part in a structured engagement hosted by the Change Management and Service Delivery Empowerment Unit.
The session focused on shared values, accountability, and teamwork, building on activities.
District Director Mr Thobile Mfene opened the program, stressing the importance of depot operations in meeting community needs.
“Your work drives service delivery at ground level. We must keep improving how we serve our people,” he said.
