Bizana Pondo Chiefs captain left for greener pastures

Anelizwi Jakuja who is born from eMaxesibeni has left ABC Motsepe league side Bizana Pondo Chiefs at the beginning of 2023.

Jakuja is a 23 year old fullback who was appointed to captain the team in 2022/2023 season and he is one of the players admired by the team’s chairman. It has been confirmed that this young start has joined Motsepe championship league side Platinum City Rovers.

Bizana Pondo Chiefs spokesperson Siya Quzu confirmed the news and gave all the blessings to the younger star.

“I can confirm that Anelizwi Junior Jakuja has left the club to join Platinum City Rovers and we are very happy for him as his talent was crystal clear that he deserves to play in the next level” said Quzu

Bizana Pondo Chiefs FC is once won the ABC Motsepe league title in 2019/2020 season and spent a single season to Glad Africa championship in 2020/2021 season then got relegated after having a bad season.
