Big win for AmaZulu against Amakhosi

Date:

Back-to-back losses have angered the mighty Glamour boys fans after yet another storming defeat against AmaZulu on Friday night. AmaZulu took a lead in the early minutes of the game with former Kaizer Chiefs player Dumisani Zuma, around 18 minutes Kaizer Chiefs missed a penalty then the half-time score was 3-0 in favour of Usuthu.  In the second half of the match, Amakhosi tried to fight back but the Usuthu backline was solid as Jerico’s wall, right towards the end of the game Bonginkosi Ntuli scored the forth goal to make 4-0.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane speaking after the game he said he believes his team were the better side in the game despite ending up losing the game also he believe that missing a penalty impacted their game.

“Early in the game, maybe poor decision-making in the final third. Then we conceded. Just after conceding from a deadfall situation, I believe we could’ve defended it better, then we got a penalty. I think had we converted the penalty, it would’ve been a different ball game all together” said Coach Zwane

Kaizer Chiefs cames to this match with a new wound after losing at home to Sekhukhune United last weekend and now they have to prepare to face the might Sundowns.

Social media has been buzzing especially Twitter and Facebook, some of Amakhosi supporters have lost faith in Zwane while others believe that the log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns are going to humiliate their favourite team.
