The Alfred Nzo District Municipality (ANDM) will on Friday 10 October, host its Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Representative Forum, bringing together key stakeholders to reimagine the district’s development priorities under the theme “Reimagining Development in Alfred Nzo.”
The forum, taking place at the ANDM Council Chambers in eMaXesibeni, will unite representatives from local municipalities, sector departments, traditional authorities, business, and civil society.
According to the municipality, this year’s session aims to strengthen collaboration, align resource allocation, and identify innovative solutions that respond to the district’s evolving social and economic needs.
“The IDP is more than a planning tool—it’s our blueprint for inclusive growth and service delivery,” ANDM said in a statement. “We encourage all stakeholders to actively participate in shaping the district’s future.”
The session forms part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to ensure that local voices remain central to development planning across the Alfred Nzo District.
