The Alfred Nzo District Municipality has commenced its Council Strategic Planning Session, a crucial gathering aimed at ensuring the Municipality meets its priorities and goals while holding itself accountable to the communities it serves.

The meeting brings together key stakeholders, including Members of the Mayoral Committee, Troika plus one representatives from all Local Municipalities, the Alfred Nzo Development Agency, and various government entities such as:
- uMngeni-uThukela Water
- Department of Water & Sanitation
- Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA)
- Municipal Infrastructure Support Agency (MISA)
- Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Land Reform
