Nomvalo says the conditions of the sports fields for young boys and girls between the age 10 to 21 years in rural areas. The overall objective is to grow the current Sports Club to study group’s mentorship and a platform where they can up-skill the young stars to be future leaders in the community.
He has engaged the local leaders and they gave me their blessings to pursue this. They also promised to avail their services to assist in security or the equipment and any other help I might need them to help with.
“I believe having a level sport field is a permanent investment in the youth of my village and it will inspire them to spend time in the fields playing soccer or netball, which will limit the time to be involved in mischievous activities”.
