Father’s day lunch, Chico’s Restaurant and activities at Wild Coast Sun

They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach and boy, does the Wild Coast Sun know how to cater for dad this coming Father’s Day.

Father’s Day is usually a time spent together as a family and often around the table enjoying a delicious Sunday lunch. This is exactly what the Wild Coast Sun is offering on Sunday, 20 June 2021 at Chico’s from 13h00.

As many already know, the Wild Coast Sun is the perfect family destination with many activities dad will enjoy – before or after lunch.

Father’s Day lunch

Get together around the table, with the Indian Ocean as a backdrop, and feast on a wide selection of hearty meals.

At the salad bar, guests can choose from a variety of, classic baby potatoes and eggs salad with sweet basil pesto, spring onion and micro shoots; cucumber and sweet cocktail tomatoes pickled ginger and marinated olives; a traditional Greek salad or marinated mushrooms and butternut salad.

Enjoy a selection of warm buffet dishes such as creamy tomato and carrot soup served with a bread roll and butter, traditional lamb, vegetable, or butter chicken curry, classic beef bourguignon, sweet and sour pork chops or a classic Alfredo pasta.

No Sunday lunch is complete without the traditional roast options such as roast beef or roast chicken with trimmings of Roast potatoes, braised carrots with sweet peppers and red onion and cauliflower and broccoli Mornay.

If dad still has room for dessert, he can enjoy a wide selection of homemade mini desserts and ice cream.
