On 24 October 2025, the ANC Joe Gqabi Regional Executive Committee (REC), led by Regional Secretary Comrade Vikita Dontsa, attended a service delivery outcry meeting at the Fletcherville Tribal Authority in Tlokoeng, Ward 11, under the Elundini Subregion. The engagement focused on listening to community challenges and finding practical solutions through collective action.
