The Greater Kokstad Municipality, working with SAPS, Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (EDTEA), the GKM Traffic Department, LED Office, and Disaster Management teams from both GKM and Harry Gwala District Municipality, carried out its Monthly By-law Enforcement Operation on 22 October 2025. The coordinated effort led to the confiscation of expired consumables and dagga, reinforcing public safety and municipal compliance.
