On 23 September 2025, Mr Chen Qingcang, Vice Chairperson of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, reaffirmed this enduring partnership during his visit. Reflecting on Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane’s 2024 mission to Zhejiang, he said: “Let this visit mark another chapter in our enduring relationship, built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision for sustainable development.”
