The Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEDEAT), led by MEC Nonkqubela Pieters, hosted the Provincial Environmental Awards today at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel in Ward 24, Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality (WMMLM). The ceremony highlighted climate change response, biodiversity conservation and waste management.
