The Soweto giants have been busy in the 2025 transfer window, signing both local and international players. Kaizer Chiefs have signed over 10 players to boost their squad for this current season of the Betway Premier League.

Kaizer Chiefs will play local and African competitions (CAF Confederation Cup). Coach Nabi added experience and more quality to the team to stay competitive. Players like Khanyisa Mayo, Siphesihle Ndlovu, Lebohang Mabeo, Thabiso Monyane, Paseka Mako, Asanele Velebayi, and Luke Bartmaan are some of the players who added to the Amakhosi squad.

Who Are These Players?

The arrival of these players has increased the size of the squad to 40 players, and Nabi wants to cut some players who may lack game time. Few players like Samkelo Zwane, Bruce Bvume, Happy Mashiane, Tashreeq Morris, and Dillion Solomons are yet to make their first appearance in the 2025/26 season.

Players like Ranga Chivaviro, Sabelo Radebe, Teboho Potsane, Mduduzi Mdantsane, and Yusuf Maart have been released by the club, not leaving behind Njabulo Blom, whose loan deal collapsed.

Tashreeq Morris has attracted interest from Durban City, but official talks have not taken place so far.

The transfer window closes on the 22nd of September, and the Soweto giants are expected to release some players before the window closes.
