SHUTDOWN CONTINUES IN BIZANA SCHOOLS

Pupils have not been going to school since Thursday following the instructions of the Crisis Committee to shutdown schools, due to on-going grievances presented to the department of Education. The unit of Cluster A Alfred Ndzo East Bizana, announced that the shutdown of schools in Bizana continues.

Parents are urged not to allow pupils to go back to school until further notice. The SGB unit wants the honourable MEC Mbude to come and respond to the petition they had submitted at the department of Education.

The unit will have a meeting on Monday morning with the school principals and SGB delegates, Lucky Shusha, Spokesperson of the Crisis committee said, in the meeting they will deliver a report about the matter at hand and forge a way forward.
