Dr. Tshoba, the Clinical Manager at Madzikane Kazulu Memorial Hospital, stressed the importance of addressing mental health issues openly, saying, “Mental health is a concern that affects everyone, not just specific individuals. Conditions such as depression, stress, and exposure to toxic environments can significantly impact one’s mental health. This is why it is crucial to acknowledge and address these issues.”
